Debbie O'Conner

Debbie O'ConnerDeborah O'Conner first joined the organization as a Senior Consultant with Aztec Business Solutions, L.L.P., a joint venture between Aztec Systems and Weaver & Tidwell, L.L.P. Today, she is responsible for overseeing all Microsoft Business Solutions implementations and other third party applications for Aztec Systems. Ms. O'Conner has managed over 30 client engagements and specializes in long-range system planning, systems analysis, data modeling, package selection, and data conversion project management in a number of industries. Her background in both MIS and Accounting is a great asset in accounting system implementations.

Prior to joining Aztec, Ms. O'Conner began her career as a tax consultant at Price Waterhouse/Coopers and prepared personal, corporate, and estate tax returns. Her experience led her to Lacerte Technology, where she developed partnership and fiduciary tax programs. Additional client work included participation in and management of multiple projects such as Financial Reporting, Sales/Order Entry and Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and Accounts Payable, Inventory and Payroll, as well as gathering and documenting requirements, data modeling, developing business policies and procedures, user training, system testing, and data conversions for custom software development initiatives.

Ms. O'Conner is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and holds a BS degree in Accounting from DeVry Institute and a MBA (with an emphasis in Management of Information Systems) from the University of Dallas. Her Microsoft certifications span Microsoft Business Solutions applications such as Dynamics™ GP application, installation, and configuration, as well as Dynamics™ CRM customizations, installation, and configuration.
