— Manager Infrastructure Solutions
Ed is responsible for the
Infrastructure Practice and team at Aztec Systems including on-premise and highly
managed enterprise solutions delivered from Aztec's Managed Services Center (MSC)
located in the Dallas INFOMART. Ed is a 13 year veteran of enterprise computing
infrastructure design, implementation, optimization, and systems management. Prior
to joining the Aztec team Ed was responsible for network operations at an Aztec
incubated company called Critical Devices which was sold to ASAP Software which
has since been sold to Dell. Critical Devices technology asset management platform
called "Asset Services Management" (ASM) caused the CDI team to earn 5 US Patents
and work closely with Toshiba, Palm, Gateway, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco and other leading
manufacturers of computing systems in the pioneering days of hosted, subscription,
web-based solutions. Currently Ed holds technical certifications from Microsoft,
Novell and Cisco.
